WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We’re seeking passionate and driven students to serve as presidents or co-presidents in leading the establishment of DAIRE at their university. Ideal candidates are committed to diversifying voices in real estate, organized in managing responsibilities and timelines, visionary in their ability to plan and execute impactful initiatives, and collaborative in recruiting and leading an executive board while fostering an inclusive environment.

CHAPTER ESTABLISHMENT

The process is designed to guide you every step of the way, from the initial application to the successful launch and growth of your chapter.

PHASE I
President Recruitment and Chapter Viability Assessment
Submit an application through the form below, outlining your interest, vision for the chapter, and any relevant experience. You will also need to provide a CV and respond to short-answer questions to demonstrate your alignment with DAIRE’s mission. Once your application is reviewed, you’ll meet with our team to discuss next steps.

PHASE II
Leadership Training and Formal University Organization Establishment
Although interest is reviewed on a rolling basis, formal recruitment for chapter presidents takes place in September 2025 to prepare for the following Spring 2025 semester. Once qualified chapter presidents are selected, the Fall semester will focus on building your executive board, establishing the club, and advertising it on campus. Executive boards typically consist of 6–8 students in roles such as:
VP of Internal Affairs
VP of External Affairs
VP of Finance
VP of Careers
VP of New Member Education
VP of Marketing
All executive board members will participate in leadership training and receive comprehensive resources, including proprietary education materials, branding guides, and event templates.

PHASE III
Official Campus Launch and New Member Enrollment
In the pring semester, your chapter will officially launch! You and your executive board will begin recruiting general body members and organizing semester programming. Throughout this process, DAIRE’s national leadership team will provide continuous mentorship and support, ensuring your chapter thrives and makes a meaningful impact on your campus.
